Key Responsibilities:

Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and customer needs to anticipate changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness and generate new business leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably within the same industry or product/service domain.
Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Sound business acumen and strategic thinking to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to track and manage sales activities and performance.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges and overcome obstacles.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
